Flowtide Studios is a one-person product studio. All our products seek to address some unfulfilled need, whether big or small.

Some of those tools tackle big problems: misinformation, public accountability, the erosion of trust in shared reality. Others tackle small ones, such as the fact that YouTube’s algorithm is terrible for discovering new Argentine tango videos. Both matter for different reasons. Making the world brighter doesn't have to be an existential crisis every time. Sometimes it means helping someone discover a dancer they’ll watch on repeat for the next six months.

The through-line is AI used thoughtfully; a tool that allows AI and humans to work together on the same level.

I’m a data scientist with experience across LLMs, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and bioinformatics. Ethical use of technology is one of my core tenets, and becomes the inspiration for many of my projects; I often see promising products that sacrifice all ethics in pursuit of money, which often destroys the product.

Flowtide Studios is where I build the products I actually want to exist. Some are mission-driven, some are passion-driven, and most are both.
